black beans
drained
1
cup
oats
1
small
avocado
or 1/2 large
3/4
cup
aquafaba
the amount from 1 can garbanzo beans
1/2
cup
cacao powder
1/2
cup
coconut sugar
1/2
cup
chocolate chips

Tbs
agave or maple syrup

Tbs
water
1/2
tsp
baking soda
1/2
tsp
baking powder

Tbs
walnuts
omit if desired
Instructions
Place all ingredients EXCEPT chocolate chips and walnuts into food processor (or high powered blender) and blend on med/high until well combined.
Stir in half the chocolate chips
Spread evenly into a parchment lined 8"x 8" sheet pan
Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips and the walnuts on top. Gently press in.
Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes
Chill for AT LEAST 2 hours, to allow to set.
