Dare I say, this version beats out any store bought version I’ve had! Tangy thanks to lemon juice and capers, and Good Karma Parma added at the end for that Parmesan taste and texture. Boom! Success.

  • 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup Good Karma Parma
  • 2 Tbs capers

*I prefer the JUST brand garlic mayo. If using a different brand, I would add 1/2 tsp garlic powder to the recipe as well.
